Holidays in March
What's your Favorite: Frog or Water Day? Or Maybe Saint Paddy?

What kind of holidays occur during the month of March? Well, a whole lot of holidays, even if most of them are very local. However, one of the most popular holidays occurs in the United Kingdom on the 4th Sunday of Lent. This particular holiday is the equivalent of the Mother's Day celebration that occurs in May in many other countries around the world, and is called "Mothering Sunday". However, because of the link with Lent, while in 2010 Mothering Sunday occured in March, in 2011 it will occur in early April.
You'll find all our creative ideas for Saint Patrick's Day, Mothering Sunday, Frog Day and much more in the list below our calendar.
